New in Box Lewis Machine & Tool Standard Flattop Upper Receiver with 16" Chrome Lined 1:7" Twist 5.56 Barrel Assembly, part # L7UB1. These are new uppers; however LMT test fires them so you will see some handling marks. Upper ships as you see it without Hand Guards, Bolt, and Charging Handle.
